The Igedo Company looks back on a rich trade show tradition. The company has, for decades, organised successful trade shows . Currently, the portfolio includes two trade shows: FASHN ROOMS and SHOES DÜSSELDORF which attract thousands of trade visitors twice a year.
With its format FASHN ROOMS, Igedo Exhibitions has long since settled in the right location and enjoys an important reliability in complex times. With its curated offer, the format also scored with visitors and exhibitors alike on the occasion of the Fashion Days in Düsseldorf. “There is no more attractive fashion event in Europe”, many exhibitors were and are sure of that. Everyone in the industry agrees that a large common platform is needed. The location of such a platform should be the Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf, the city that should and may rightly once again bear the title of “fashion capital” in Germany. “Let’s go to Düsseldorf, we’re ready!” Ulrike Kähler, Managing Director Igedo Exhibitions, wants to shout to everyone.
In future, SHOES DÜSSELDORF will open the order cycle. During the current September edition of SHOES DÜSSELDORF the organisers already announced that the dates will be brought forward to 2 to 4 February 2025. “With this decision we are following the requests voiced by both retail and industry to position the trade show as a kick-off event for the order cycle thereby enabling an early exchange on trends and directions,” says Ulrike Kähler, Managing Director of Igedo Exhibitions. The new dates represent a strategic adjustment to the needs of the industry. This is of particular relevance since the styles and collections for Autumn/Winter 2025/26 will now be presented as part of three trade shows: FASHN ROOMS with its Showroom Concept as well as Neonyt Düsseldorf for sustainable fashion & lifestyle, held from 25 to 27 January – to be followed by SHOES DÜSSELDORF only one week later.
